What size should I choose?

Are there larger sizes available?
Currently, the largest size available is US 9 / EUR 40 in Medium Wedgies - Black. We periodically produce more sizes based on customer demand.
If you would like a specific size that is not currently available, please choose it on the product page and click "Notify me." We'll notify you as soon as your chosen size becomes available in the selected model.

How do I track my order?
To track your order use 17track website - https://t.17track.net
Just copy the tracking number you received by email and paste it in the search box.
We will send you an email as soon as your item is shipped and also a tracking number when it is available.
Please note that status updates usually appear on 17track website after 3 days of receiving your tracking number.

Can I edit or cancel my order after I’ve submitted it?
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or ordered an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, tell us your order number, and the changes you require.
We will always do our best to help, but once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
